Question: Where is the main connection?
Answer: The demarcation is located at Melba Elementary School, 521 Carrie Rex, Melba, ID 83641
Question: Are the other schools connected to the demarc?
Answer: Yes, all buildings are interconnected with single mode fiber.
Question: Would you like a managed firewall?
Answer: No, we do not want a managed or unmanaged firewall. Melba School District already has one.
Question: Do you want a 1Gbps connection now?
Answer: The Proposal Requirements page specifies "Circuit should be capable of synchronous speeds of 1 Gbps." MSD would like a minimum offering of 1Gbps.

There are several refinery basis points under OPIS. If we use the option of cost per gallon markup over OPIS cost, do you have a specific one to use or are we to pick one to use?
MSD Answer:
Use the OPIS price from the rack that your company will be pulling for the product your company will use to service our contract from.
